Shipping policy
We value you as a customer and want you to be entirely happy with your purchase from KeepCoolCases. If you are unhappy with the goods in any way please contact our Customer Service Team at keepcool@keepcoolcases.com. We are available to take your call Sunday – Saturday 9am – 9pm EST, excluding holidays. Please note that calls not made from a US landline may be subject to a charge. Please leave a detailed description of the product issue and we will be glad to assist you with assuaging and remedying the product issue as fast as possible.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, Keep Cool Cases LLC will gladly accept returns within 30 days unless the item is marked as final sale. Only accepted returns will be items purchased through keepcoolcases.com. If you purchased a keepcoolcase unit from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly. Please note that we cannot cover shipping costs for international returns, including those placed from Canada. Additionally, merchandise exchanges are available only on orders shipped to the USA and Canada. Only credit back to the original form of payment is available for orders placed outside of these countries. Once you have requested a return the following steps occur:
Once your order is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 business days or your exchange will be processed. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
If you requested an exchange:
Once your order is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your exchange will be processed. You will receive an email with updated tracking information for your new products!
Guest Returns:
If you placed your order as using a specialty discount coupon, please contact customer service at keepcool@keepcoolcases.com . For compensations receipt or transactions involving payments connected to the specialty link.
After your initiation of your return or exchange you will receive an email that includes your tracking number. We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority. Please note that if the keepcoolcases return steps returns are not followed, keepcoolcases is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us. All sales involving customized products are final, and may not be returned. If you purchased a customized product online and it is damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service Team within 10 days of receiving your purchase.
